turn around times for any product needed.
Powderworth accomplishes this by keeping the communication open
during every process.
These processes include.
- Discussing the desired color and intended use.
With this information along with size and dimensions a quote and delivery date can
be determined. Color Guides : Base, Base2, Metallics, Special, Effects
-The parts are then received and the preparation process begins.
Media blasting or de-greasing is the first step to insure a long lasting quality product.
The product then goes through a series of rinse and dry cycles before the powder
coating is applied.
-The next process is applying the powder coat to the product.
All powder coating is applied by hand, not by machine, to insure even coverage on
the product. - Please see our color selection page.
-The product is then baked at 350 to 400 degrees.
Our facility is capable of meeting any specified temperatures required for your
product.
-The product is then sent to the cool down chamber where it is cooled
down.
-The product is then Inspected for quality insurance.
Film thickness is check with the latest gauges to ensure a an even an proper finish.
PowderWorth then runs an Adhesion test to ensure the product has properly cured.
A Starch test will be performed as well to ensure a long lasting product
